Cancellation Policy

The property operates on a 24 hour cancellation & “no show” policy. Failure to notify reception of your non-arrival 24 hours before your expected arrival date will incur a penalty of one night’s accommodation to be charged to your credit card.

Deposit / Payment Policy

To finalise your reservation we require a valid credit card number to secure your booking. No monies are deducted from your card until you check-in on arrival. Failure to check-in will attract a cancellation charge as outlined in the cancellation policy above. Other payment options are available and can be discussed at check-in. Please note we do not accept cheques.

Check in Time: 2:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am (later checkouts can be arranged through reception). Charges may apply.

No Party Policy

We have a strict “No Party Policy” to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay.

Smoking in Rooms

All our rooms are non-smoking. We provide ash trays on the patios outside each room and request guests to respectfully comply with our policy. Detection of smoke in rooms can attract a cleaning surcharge of $250.00.

Security of your personal information

Personal information items collected by us, including email addresses are maintained securely on our database and protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access.

This business has a strict company policy not to disclose personal guest information to third parties unless requested by authorities in the case of an emergency.
